   Onboarding

   A senior citizen walks you through the structure and suggests the union that fits your playstyle.

3. 03

   Become a member

   Your application is recorded and approved on the PRC org page — you're in.

And then? Through active presence and accepting the charter, a member becomes a “citizen” — with voting rights and the community's full backing.
